Reservations are easy! We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. A credit or debit card is required to guarantee your spot. Spaces fill up fast (especially on weekends), so don't delay!

Reserve in Person
You can schedule your trip in person at two of our locations. Visit out Gatlinburg, TN sales office at the Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tram at traffic light #9 in downtown Gatlinburg. Or, head straight to our river outpost in Hartford, TN. Office hours are Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delaying the reservations process. For last minute reservations (less than 24 hours notice), please call us to guarantee a space or buzz a river guide with our quick-reply form on the left.

Yes, I have read and agree to the Rapid Expeditions Reservations Policy. Please review your information for accuracy before submitting your online reservations request. Please note that this does not guarantee availability. Your reservations will be verified by a phone call from us.

Reservations Policy

1) A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
2) There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. You will receive a full refund if you cancel 48 hours in advance of your scheduled trip. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, we'll refund 1/2 of the total cost.
3) We will do our best to accommodate your first date requested, however we may be limited due to availability or water release schedules.
4) Our staff will be contact you shortly by telephone to verify receipt of your request and confirm your reservation. Until we contact you by phone your reservation should not be considered reserved or confirmed.
5) Rafting Expeditions run rain or shine.
6) You must raft in shoes or sandals secure to your feet. No flip-flops please.
7) Please review the minimum age and minimum weight requirements for children prior to placing your reservation.
8) There is an additional $2.00 river fee for each paddler.
